3 SIMPLE THINGS BUT EXTREMELY IMPORTANT FOR A PROGRAMER

I have a bad habit that I can not sleep in normal ways. When the dark night comes, I only can sleep until my eyes which can not see anything like
I can not concentrate on looking at screen of laptop. That is how i go to sleep. Recent days, I realized that there were false somethings. So the first thing I want to talk is "You should arrange suitable time for your sleep". Many programmers ignore their sleeps and that is why they usually get more sickness while getting older. One more, if you can not go to sleep on time, you can spend a short snap in middle day, it is healthy and balance too.
Let discuss about second things. Please give your a free time in a day, not too long or too short. In that time, you can listen a favorite song, watch a comedy video, call to your mom and talk with your best friends. Do not code while eating. I know you have a lot of deadlines or just you like coding every time, everywhere. But trust me, this is not good for your career path. For me, i choose playing guitar to relax though i can not play well.
One last but not least, Learning from basement. I know many people, they always start from sublime, VIP things like new frameworks, high hierarchy libraries. In my opinion, those things are not stable, they change by the time. If you do not have base knowledge, you only are a junior forever. Example, to become a web developer, i have to know JavaScript. Do not learn Angular immediately, let begin with programming techniques like Array, Variables, Functions then start is not too late.
All of 3 things i said is my thought, they can be changed depend on each others but i always believe that they are very necessary in coder life.
